The design principles and frameworks that create value as well as help avoid potential harm as humans interact with conversational/voice experiences will also be covered. The course will also explore the ethical issues and impact of conversational/voice AI on privacy, data collection, children and other vulnerable users, especially as it relates to cultural biases. This course offers practical guidance on the values to be promoted, rights to be respected, and measures to be taken for successful, ethical voice AI conversations.
This course is designed for organizational leaders, product development teams, legal and ethical champions, who are involved — or interested — in building and adopting conversational/voice AI tools.
The key to a successful open technology project is to ensure a neutral playing field for all developers, technologists, and companies to collectively contribute to project evolution and growth. The Linux Foundation was built on the idea of the democratization of code and scaling adoption, for all projects equally. Expert legal and governance support programs ensure everyone is on the same playing field.
