K5 Distance Learning teaches kindergarteners to apply their natural curiosity and start to develop a broad base of interests and gives them the basic tools they need to explore the world around them. In K5 Beginnings, Mrs. Walker and Mrs. Lawson teach listening, oral composition, phonics, and reading comprehension while integrating art, science, and heritage studies concepts. K5 Math with Mrs. Franklin focuses on teaching number sense and uses manipulatives to explain basic math functions such as numbers, measurement, time, and money.
