In geometry, students learn about points, lines, angles, polygons, and other geometric figures. They also learn about measurement, area, and volume.
In literature, students read and analyze a variety of works from different genres and periods. They also learn to write essays, research papers, and other types of writing.
In US history, students learn about the founding of the country, the American Revolution, the Constitution, and westward expansion. They also learn about major events and people in US history.
In 8th grade, students will focus on refining and expanding their skills in reading, writing, and mathematics. They will also develop their ability to think critically and analyze complex problems. Additionally, students will begin to explore more abstract concepts in science and social studies.
